Welcome to Soft Gallery. When you are shopping with us you are automatically accepting our sales conditions. This is why we advise you to thoroughly read through all of the below mentioned terms and conditions before you start to shop on Soft Galley.


We send all merchandise as packages, which makes it possible to track them in case of problems. During shipment the package is insured and we kindly ask you to verify the content upon delivery. Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival please report it to Post Danmark immediately, or no later than two days after receiving it. Then return the merchandise to us. Soft Gallery is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged during transportation.

We always pack everything carefully, thereby minimizing possible damage.

Shipping & Handling

At Soft Gallery we strive on a quick delivery, so all orders placed before 11.00 am are usually shipped on the same day. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. In busy sale periods, we will do our very best to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. On the same day, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail send directly from the courier. We can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.

Goods to most other EU countries and countries outside the EU will be sent via FedEx and delivery may take up to 5 days.

Free shipping on orders above 400 DKK.

All our packages are shipped as insured business parcels.

Shipping abroad

All shipments abroad are delivered by FedEx or UPS and sent as an insured package and business mail, which means that the package can not be sent as a gift to non-EU countries in an attempt to avoid local taxes and duties.

Regular service in Europe is app. 4-5 business days.
Regular service outside of Europe is app. 5-7 business days.

Europe: 11€ VAT included
Outside Europe: 20€

Order changes

Soft Gallery is not able to make changes to your order after it has been completed, so make sure that everything is correct before you check out.


Soft Gallery gladly accepts returns. You have to return the merchandise no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Please fill out the return form provided by us, and include it in the return package. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed, and items without the tag. Without the hangtag we do not accept returns. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check, we will credit your account/credit card. We only credit the card that was used to purchase the items, in that way we can limit the use of stolen credit cards. In case of a bank transfer please remember to submit registration number and account number. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. You are responsible for the return expenses.

Uncollected packages are subject to an additional handling fee of 50 DKK / 7 EUR. This fee and the relating shipping costs for the return of the package to Soft Gallery will be charged from the customer.


Be aware that Soft Gallery does not exchange items. If e.g. the size does not fit, please return the item as described above, and simply buy another size from the webshop.

Orders purchased in the period 1st December – 24th December can be exchanged until January 14th.

Notification of defects

All merchandise is covered by The Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced. Soft Gallery does not cover shipping fees in case of a complaint.

Payment methods

Soft Gallery accepts the following credit- & debit cards: Dankort, VISA/Dankort, EURO/MASTERCARD, VISA/Electron, MobilePay and PayPal. The amount will not be drawn from your card before the merchandise leaves our stock.


Soft Gallery is committed to protecting your privacy. All information provided by you is gathered securely through the SSL (SecureSockets Layer). A SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information into codes so that your information is kept secure while being transmitted via the Internet. Only PBS (your bank) has access to your information. At Soft Gallery we guarantee the information you enter will NOT be disclosed to any outside organization or third party.

Customs and sales tax / VAT

All prices are shown in DKK and prices do not include delivery charges. For customers within the European Union, VAT (25%) is included in all prices. For customer outside the European Union (excluding Norway and Switzerland), VAT/sales tax is not included in the price. VAT/sales tax is instead charged by customs agencies when your package reaches your country of residence. We endeavour to avoid information errors but please note that pricing errors can occur. If the correct price is less than our stated price, the correct price will be charged to you. If the correct price is higher than the price stated on our webshop, we will have to cancel your order. Then you will be contacted by e-mail.

Consumer protection

Soft Gallery follow the guidelines prescribed by the E-mark. We operate strictly under the current laws, rules, and regulations, sat forth by the Danish Consumer Department.


We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise: please let us know if you have any complaints or comments. If your dispute remains unresolved, you may be eligible to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
