Welcome to Soft Gallery. When you shop at www.softgallery.dk you automatically accept our sales conditions. We kindly advise that you thoroughly read through all of the below-mentioned terms and conditions before you start shopping at Soft Galley.
We send all merchandise as tracked parcels. During shipment, the package is insured. We kindly ask you to verify the content upon delivery. Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival please report it to Post Danmark or your local Post Authority immediately, and no later than two days after receiving it. In the case of receiveing damaged goods please return the merchandise directly to us. Please note, Soft Gallery is not responsible for merchandise that is damaged during transportation.
Everything is always packaged carefully, minimizing possible damage.
Shipping & Handling
At Soft Gallery we aim to deliver quickly, therefore all orders placed before 11.00 am are usually shipped the same day. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. During busy sale periods, we will do our very best to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. On the same day, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail directly from the courier. We can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.
Goods to most other EU countries and countries outside the EU will be sent via FedEx and delivery may take up to 5 days.

All our packages are shipped as insured business parcels.
All shipments abroad are delivered by FedEx or UPS and sent as an insured package and business mail, which means that the package can not be sent as a gift to non-EU countries in an attempt to avoid local taxes and duties.
Regular service in Europe is app. 4-5 business days.
Regular service outside of Europe is app. 5-7 business days.
Europe: 11€ VAT included
Outside Europe: 20€
Soft Gallery is not able to make changes to your order after it has been completed. Please make sure that everything is correct before you check out.
You may return your purchase 14 days after receiving the items. Please note we do not accept items that have been worn, altered, washed or items without the tags.
Kindly notify us before the 14 days if you want to return your order. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Make sure to include your full name and order number on the return note in the package, when sending a return.
The refund will be credited to the same payment form originally used, within 14 days after receiving the returned package and after the returned items have undergone a quality control check.
You as the customer must cover all expenses and handling related to the return.
Please note that the items have to be shipped directly to us, and not a package-shop (pakkeshop) or drop-off/collection point.
Please note we do not accept Collect On Delivery (C.O.D)
The items are your responsibility until they are received and signed at the head office. Please make sure to pack the return safely in the original packaging to prevent damage.
Always include the return note.
Please keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of sending.
How to return
Send your items back to us within 14 days of receiving the order
Fill in the return note carefully.
The refund will be credited to the same payment form originally used, within 14 days after receiving the returned package. If the state of the returned items is not in the original condition, we reserve the right to refuse any refund.

If you do not collect your package, we take the liberty to debit all freight expenses from your account, once the package returns.
Uncollected packages are subject to an additional handling fee of 50 DKK / 7 EUR. This fee and the relating shipping costs for the return of the package to Soft Gallery will be charged from the customer
Be aware that Soft Gallery does not exchange items. If e.g. the size does not fit, please return the item as described above, and place another order with the corect size from the webshop.
Orders purchased in the period 1st December – 24th December can be exchanged until January 14th.
Notification of defects
All merchandise is covered by The Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced. Soft Gallery does not cover shipping fees in case of a complaint.
Soft Gallery accepts the following credit- & debit cards: Dankort, VISA/Dankort, EURO/MASTERCARD, VISA/Electron, MobilePay and PayPal. The amount will not be drawn from your card before the merchandise leaves our stock.
Soft Gallery is committed to protecting your privacy. All information provided by you is gathered securely through the SSL (SecureSockets Layer). A SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information into codes so that your information is kept secure while being transmitted via the Internet. Only PBS (your bank) has access to your information. At Soft Gallery we guarantee the information you enter will NOT be disclosed to any outside organization or third party.
Customs and sales tax / VAT
All prices are shown in DKK and prices do not include delivery charges. For customers within the European Union, VAT (25%) is included in all prices. For customers outside the European Union (excluding Norway and Switzerland), VAT/sales tax is not included in the price. VAT/sales tax is instead charged by customs agencies when your package reaches your country of residence. We endeavor to avoid information errors but please note that pricing errors can occur. If the correct price is less than our stated price, the correct price will be charged to you. If the correct price is higher than the price stated on our webshop, we will have to cancel your order and you will be contacted by e-mail.
Soft Gallery follows the guidelines prescribed by the E-mark. We operate strictly under the current laws, rules, and regulations, sat forth by the Danish Consumer Department.
We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise: please let us know if you have any complaints or comments. If your dispute remains unresolved, you may be eligible to use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
