Soft Gallery gladly accepts returns. You have to return the merchandise no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Please fill out the return form provided by us, and include it in the return package. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed, and items without the handtag. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check, we will credit your account/credit card. We only credit the card that was used to purchase the items. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. You are responsible for the return expenses.
Uncollected packages are subject to an additional handling fee of 50 DKK / 7 EUR. This fee and the relating shipping costs for the return of the package to Soft Gallery will be charged from the customer.
Be aware that Soft Gallery does not exchage items. If e.g. the size does not fit, please return the item as described above, and simply buy another size from the webshop.
Orders purchased in the period 1st December – 22nd December can be exchanged until January 5th.
Notification of defects
All merchandise is covered by The Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced. Soft Gallery does not cover shipping fees in case of a complaint.
